You Didn't Get Into Property Management to Spend Your Day Chasing Admin.

Between maintenance requests, chasing contractors, tenant and landlord enquiries, and endless paperwork, there's barely enough time to get through the day, let alone grow your rent roll.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never worked with a VA before. How would I know what to give them

That's a common concern. We help businesses identify routine tasks that could be streamlined or delegated, then work out the skills, instructions and systems needed to hand them over successfully. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting.

Wouldn't training a VA just create more work for me?

There is an initial investment in explaining how your business operates. That's why we focus on clear responsibilities, repeatable processes and appropriate training. The goal is to reduce ongoing supervision rather than create another person you constantly need to manage.

Can a VA use our existing property management software?

Potentially, yes. It depends on the software, the work involved and the VA's experience. We assess these requirements and identify any additional training needed before recommending responsibilities.

What if a VA makes mistakes or misses something important?

Clear procedures, quality checks, reporting and escalation rules are essential. A VA should only perform tasks they're trained and authorized to handle, with the appropriate oversight. Matters requiring professional judgment, licensing or compliance decisions remain with appropriately authorized personnel.

How much does a VA cost, and is it actually worthwhile?

The cost depends on the role, skills and hours required. The important question is whether the value of the work delegated and the time recovered justify the cost. We can help you assess that before committing to ongoing support.

Do I need to hire a full-time VA?

Not necessarily. It depends on the amount of suitable work, the skills required and the type of arrangement available. We'll help explore what makes sense for your business rather than automatically recommending a full-time position.

Do I have to hire a VA if I complete the survey?

Absolutely not. The Delegation Check and checklist are free. They're designed to help you identify possible improvements. Whether you want to explore VA support afterward is entirely up to you.

Testimonials

David Griffiths

CEO

Hi there everybody, I just wanted to say I'm currently in Osaka, Japan and in my humble hotel room. I just wanted to say because I'm working with my wonderful VA Quinn and with the team of Ultimate Efficiency, it allows me to work basically as a digital nomad. It really helps me work my business from anywhere and I can do a lot more than I would normally be able to do by myself. So I'm really happy with how everything is progressing and it's getting better and better. Thank you.

So I run a digital products business and I sell those digital products on Amazon and I also have a day job as well plus some other business ventures and so with that doesn't leave me a lot of time and you are trying to wear different hats and you are feeling stretched so engaging a virtual assistant with UEVA has been incredibly helpful. One, the quality of VAs is exceptional because they really understand your business and what your objectives are and what your goals are and then what kind of training is needed for the VA and obviously you know it's a relationship and you need to guide them and supervise them and instruct them but because the VAs are so skilled you can they pretty much are proactive and they preempt what you need. So it's been great to work with the VA that I have from UEVA. It's been really helpful in terms of getting my digital products business launched and I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Get Back to What Matters.

More time for landlord relationships. More room to grow your rent roll. Less time buried in administration.

It starts by understanding what you don't need to keep doing yourself.
